Servicetrace, Germany’s leading Robotic Software and RPA Solutions provider, is driving international expansion with new presence in Dubai. After signature of the partner contract by H.E. Sheikh Khalid Bin Ahmed AL Hamed, Chairman of Khalid AL Hamed Group in 2019, Servicetrace chose to locate the new office in Dubai Internet City as the central hub for the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific geos. With annual growth at more than 50% in Europe, Servicetrace is accelerating international coverage with local support for clients in these regions.
Darmstadt/Germany, Dubai/United Arab Emirates, 16th April 2020 – After the first phase of expansion, driven largely by a growing global partner network, Servicetrace started the second phase of its expansion strategy. The German Robotics Software specialist has accelerated business development by opening an office in Dubai to increase regional business activities and customer reach in the United Arab Emirates and beyond.

The Servicetrace office was opened in January 2020 in Dubai Internet City. Dilip Mohan joined the company as Territory Manager, Middle East & Africa, to drive and expand regional business including the build-up of an extensive partner network. The German RPA specialist already serves many global enterprises across all sectors with process automation solutions. Servicetrace has a strong track record in banking, finance and retail. As these are high-growth industries in the Middle East, they will be a focus for the initial go-to-market strategy.
